About me

Incredible Edible UK began with foraging, but at its heart it has always been about being present and paying attention.

I’m Joanna, the founder of Incredible Edible UK. My work starts with wild food, but it reaches into how we notice the world, how we nourish ourselves, and how we live with the land rather than simply on it.

Alongside foraging courses, I now offer talks, retreats and writing that explore presence, seasonality and the quiet knowledge that comes from being outside, often, and without hurry.
