If you enjoy being outdoors, want to reconnect with nature or would like to learn how to practice mindfulness then this session is for you!

It’s an amazing opportunity to discover your local green spaces from a completely new perspective. You will learn about foraging and medicinal wild herbs, that grow on our doorstep.

We will be walking slowly, breathing in deeply and having a closer look at wildlife around us.

What to expect:

We will meet at 11 am by the entrance to Ham Woods (entrance opposite the shops on Ham Green).

We will go for a gentle stroll through the park, during which we will be talking about nature, foraging and practicing mindfulness.

Refreshment will be provided at each session, so please let me know your dietary requirements.
