Coastal Foraging inc Seaweeds course
Fantastic opportunity to discover edibles lurking out of the sea when the tide is low.
The course covers wide variety of food available on the coast and at the accessible seashore and coastal path.
Coastal foraging provides us with truly nutritious food and we really should make the most out of it.

During this 3 h session we will discover wild edibles growing alongside popular walking coastal path. We’ll cover coastal plants identification, wild herbs and seaweeds.
At the end of the walk we’ll cook a hot light lunch from foraged ingredients.
