The course covers wide variety of food available on the coast and at the accessible seashore and coastal path.

Join me for a unique coastal foraging experience exploring the edible delicacies of our shoreline. We’ll learn how to identify and harvest a variety of seaweeds and coastal vegetables, discover their culinary uses, nutritional benefits, and medicinal properties. The evening finishes with a hot beach-cooked meal made from freshly foraged ingredients, giving you the chance to taste the flavours of the coast in a truly memorable setting.
