Hedgerow combing, Calstock
Discover wild edibles during this deeply satisfying hedgerow combing event in Cornwall. We will learn how to identify and forage for wide variety of wild plants, nuts and seasonal fruit. This lovely educational event will include covering of medicinal usage of wild plants that can be found on our doorstep. I’ll explain you how to make tinctures, infused oils or invigorating wild teas.

What to expect?
Guided foraging walk in Cornish countryside. We will explore hidden delights of nature’s larder growing in autumn. We will roam alongside River Tamar, check the hedgerows for nutritious nuts and gather autumnal fruit. We’ll identify lots of plants and I’ll suggest how to make the most of them in wild food dishes. We’ll also be identifying mushrooms.
